Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nature and Energy Program Director to
provide strategic and technical leadership for climate mitigation
and clean energy transition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of nature-based solutions and clean energy
transition strategies aligned with organizational goals
Supervise staff and foster an inclusive work environment while
building partnerships with climate-impacted communities
Conduct economic analyses and manage the program's budget, ensuring
alignment with other initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 7 years of experience in conservation practice or
a related field
Experience managing complex projects and finances
Supervisory experience with a focus on team motivation and
performance management
Experience in partnership development with non-profits, community
groups, or government agencies
Demonstrated experience in influencing and implementing
conservation policy
