Executive Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Chief Medical
OfficerLynchburg, VirginiaWe are seeking an experienced Executive
Vice President of Clinical Affairs (EVPCA) and Chief Medical
Officer (CMO) for Johnson Health Center in Lynchburg, VA.This
pivotal role involves:
- Recommending and implementing clinical policies.
- Supervising and motivating provider staff.
- Overseeing performance improvement activities across all
clinical functions.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure
that Johnson Health Center upholds its mission, vision, and values
while delivering exceptional care to the community.
- Providing primary care to patients within their medical
specialty, including assessing, diagnosing, treating, and
monitoring patient health.
- Spending half a day per week in the clinic seeing patients.The
ideal candidate would possess these qualifications:
- License to practice medicine in Virginia.
- Current certification by appropriate specialty Board. Family
medicine doctor preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of proven clinical and executive leadership at the
director or above level or equivalent related experience. FQHC
experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting with travel to
