Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for revenue retention goals and managing account
renewals
Develop and strengthen relationships with enterprise merchants to
enhance customer adoption
Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactively address merchant
needs
Required Qualifications
Several years of customer success or account management experience
with B2B SaaS products
Experience in managing enterprise accounts and overseeing the
renewal process
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Ability to analyze data and create compelling value stories for
customers
Familiarity with the customer journey and effective communication
strategies
