Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale a cross-functional journey management practice
across the organization
Manage and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring
alignment with business goals
Facilitate stakeholder alignment around journey outcomes and shared
KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction,
Psychology, Design, or a related field
10+ years of experience in user research, experience design, or
service design
Proven experience in operationalizing journey management
practices
Strong collaboration skills in a complex organizational
environment
Deep understanding of user-centered UX design principles and
methodologies
