Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Response Analyst to
coordinate incident response activities across their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end incident response activities across complex
ad-tech systems
Triage incident reports, assess impact, and provide technical
summaries
Analyze incident impacts and maintain detailed records on incident
trends
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in software development or technical
application support
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL for querying
large datasets
Experience collaborating with internal business or engineering
units and customers
Ability to search server logs and pinpoint root causes during
triage work
Critical thinking capabilities and a data-driven approach
