Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
serve as a liaison between customers and various departments,
assisting with order processing and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders received via various channels and verify pricing and
shipping dates
Communicate proactively with production and warehouse to manage
customer orders and resolve issues
Assist the Sales Department in growing customer business while
tracking order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
preferred
2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in
grocery, food, or retail
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
and Outlook; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work
independently or in a team
Dependable, organized, and results-oriented with a strong sense of
urgency
