Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care
Review team
Process authorization requests and verify eligibility and benefits
through computer entries
Contact physician offices to request missing information related to
authorization requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare
Proficiency in Excel
Preferred: Associate degree
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
in healthcare, with Medical Assistant experience preferred
