Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster 1 to provide customer
support and manage claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support by answering calls and verifying
contract information
Review documentation for claims, issue coverage denials, or
schedule service as needed
Maintain email correspondence and ensure timely processing of
customer requests and claims
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and
claim procedures (preferred)
Experience in claims processing or customer service (a plus)
Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word and
Excel
