Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with case managers and agencies to facilitate member
enrollment and account updates
Responds to incoming calls from case managers and agency
representatives, ensuring effective communication
Maintains communication with stakeholders to verify and obtain
accurate information related to client accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and/or experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and
Teams preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks
within specified periods
Entry-level customer service skills and a commitment to providing
excellent service
