Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Lean Practitioners to lead a
team focused on continuous improvement within the employee benefits
department.
Key Responsibilities
Influence operational excellence strategy and create visibility to
divisional progress and obstacles
Guide the Lean Practitioner team in prioritizing work aligned with
divisional priorities
Develop a visual management system to enhance transparency and
provide coaching for professional development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, leadership, or
organizational effectiveness, or equivalent experience
Five years of experience with Lean methodology or similar concepts
and techniques
Experience in applying Lean methodologies in a virtual service
environment is preferred
Three to five years of leadership/business management experience
required
Professional certification in performance consulting or process
improvement methodologies is desired
