Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to drive
operational excellence and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business needs and develop improvement plans while
ensuring adherence to established objectives
Conduct research and data analysis to identify and implement
process enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project progress and
ensure successful project completion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Three or more years of experience in data analysis, process
improvement, business operations, or project coordination
At least one year of experience in technology, employee health and
welfare, or retirement benefits preferred
Proficient with Microsoft applications including Teams, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and
collaboratively
