Production Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst (PST Hours).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to manage intake, triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of Product Support issues
Assist in intake, triage, and resolution of support tickets while maintaining process documentation
Provide detailed Root Cause Analysis for Data and Application related issues and advocate for improvements

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a technical, data, or support analyst/engineer, preferably in the healthcare industry
High proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Understanding of Kanban/Scrum/Agile processes
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and investigating API, Application, Data, and Infrastructure related errors
Knowledge of HIPAA and experience with EHR/HL7/FHIR are a plus
