Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct extensive primary and secondary research on industry,
market, competitor, and financial trends
Distill actionable insights from internal performance data to
support the value and performance story
Support the development of engaging deliverables to share strategic
key findings with customers
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in management consulting, business
development, or a similar function in healthcare
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and
present information effectively
Experience in supporting ad hoc special projects
Ability to leverage internal and external data sources for
generating insights
Familiarity with maintaining best practices and standards for
customer performance touchpoints
