Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analytics Analyst (ICRM).
Key Responsibilities
Identify solutions for presenting ICRM analytics at the executive
level and re-evaluate current metric displays
Work with data/platform owners to streamline data collection and
identify analytical platforms for data display
Create a unified dashboard for CoE information and ensure accurate
understanding of displayed data for KPIs and KRIs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analytics with both business and
technical skills
Experience with data governance/management tools and an
understanding of financial regulatory requirements
Proficiency in analytic tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong skills in data collection, statistical analysis,
programming, and database management
Knowledge of data visualization techniques and the ability to
present insights clearly to stakeholders
