Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, AEM Architect to lead and
manage a team of developers within the Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the web development team, providing guidance and
mentorship
Lead AEM architecture and implementation, ensuring performance and
security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
and within scope
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6+ years with an
advanced degree
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an AEM Sites Architect and management role
Proficiency in AEM, core web technologies, and DevOps practices
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
tools
