our D&I efforts.The Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks
out opportunities to recruit diverse talent and works
collaboratively with the HR Business Partner and local leadership
to drive short and long-term hiring efforts within specified
markets/regions. Responsibilities include overseeing the
recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and
candidate sourcing to pre-screening, conducting interviews, and
presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role manages the
entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final
offer stage. A Talent Acquisition Partner should possess a highly
collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and
exceptional communication skills to engage effectively across all
organizational levels.Talent Acquisition Partner Required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate
environment.
- 3+ years working with an ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter
experience strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for an AEC organization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related
field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7
