Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Resolution Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and communicative support for various offices
within Student Affairs
Manage student inquiries and impact requests, facilitating
resolution as necessary
Develop and enforce departmental policies and practices to support
student success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through
professional experience required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
combination of education and work experience
Experience working in an online/distance-learning environment
preferred
Working knowledge of relevant laws pertaining to higher education
and disabilities preferred
