A company is looking for a Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related
matters
Design and implement performance management, compensation, and
learning and development programs
Build and manage a metrics-driven talent acquisition function
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in a
rapidly scaling startup
Functional expertise in HR areas such as organizational design,
employee experience, and compliance
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies and
programs
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Experience in managing diverse opinions and fostering inclusive
environments
