Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain proposal folders and schedules in CRM
Compile and QC proposals for final submission, including
coordinating with team members and subcontractors
Develop marketing collateral and assist with trade shows,
conferences, and client follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing,
writing, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an
engineering/consulting firm
Experience in creating clear and engaging content for various
audiences
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
