Key Responsibilities: Land Acquisition: Identify and negotiate land and lot acquisitions to meet business goals, cultivate relationships with brokers, sellers, and government agencies, and perform due diligence on all deals. Land Development: Oversee land development processes, manage budgets, and lead a team of contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Market Engagement: Build a network with industry leaders, developers, and agencies to stay ahead of market trends and foster competitive advantage. Entitlement & Approvals: Secure necessary regulatory approvals, manage entitlement processes, and coordinate with local government entities to ensure smooth project progression. Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term plans, manage a high-performing team, and continuously improve operational efficiency while aligning land development projects with business goals. Requirements: Proven leadership and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience in land acquisition, development, and regulatory processes Strong understanding of market trends and financials Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities This role is ideal for a self-starter who has been working for others and is ready to be in business for themselves and share in the deal profits they bring to the company.
