Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Microbiologist
(Sterilization).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of technical protocols, reports, and methods
in collaboration with teams
Provide strategy and guidance on root cause analysis for failures
and corrective actions
Train and coach employees on sterilization processes and validate
new sterilization methods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years, Master's Degree with 6 years, or
Ph.D. with 4 years of related experience in medical device or
pharmaceutical fields
Expertise in EO and radiation sterilization standards
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
Extensive knowledge of microbiology principles and contamination
control
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices in
a medical device environment
