Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Advocate to assist
customers with implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with ongoing support, troubleshooting, and
training related to the TruBridge RCM clearinghouse software
Provide technical support for clearinghouse issues, including
claims and remits
Conduct client training and maintain updated support cases
according to team policies
Required Qualifications
High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
2-year degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with TruBridge RCM clearinghouse is preferred
