Job SummaryThe full technology planning engineer will be responsible for all aspects of project development and management for technology systems in new build and renovation projects for hotels and multi-dwelling buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are engineered in a cost-effective, profit-producing manner fair to the company and the client. This role reports to the Vice President, Property Technology SolutionsEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Provide design consulting services that comply with brand, customer and Allbridge best practices and standardsBuild schedules including all phases of a project and provide engineering, systems design and product knowledgeDirectly involved in quoting and engaging vendors, for quotes as necessary, to ensure accurate pricing and engineeringProspect with developers and owners to develop a pipeline of new build hotel or mixed-use projectsReview architectural plans and work with the engineering team to build comprehensive technology plansBuild a systems design to efficiently address ownership preferences and brand requirements based on our guidance as a partnerDeliver a contract with a firm contract valueParticipate in Owner, Architect and Consultant calls until project is handed off to the PMEducate key influencers on our unique capabilities - Influencers include Architects, General Contractors, Hotel Operators/Management Companies, BrandsMaintain a close working relationship with key internal and vendor partnersUpdate BOMs, designs and drawings as necessary for revisions or changes to plansConsistently integrates Allbridge's core values into their everyday habits by treating all customers, internal and external, professionally, honestly and respectfullyAccepts ownership and accountability of position responsibilities and strives to deliver results for customers that establish high standards, credibility and quality performance Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect roleConfidence to comfortably speak and email to hoteliers, developers, owners third party contractors and other customersComfortable with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
