The -Liver Transplant Department -at -Duke University Hospital -is
active in delivering exemplary care for each patient to ensure an
excellent patient experience, every time. - - -The Liver Transplant

time. - -Transplant coordinator role has direct patient contact in
education and assessing potential transplant candidates in the
clinic and virtual. . -
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Attention to detailEffective

demandsPatient centered and family coaching skillsAbility to work
in a high stress environment - -Work Hours and Shifts:Full time;
Day shift (hybrid)This position does require on call
responsibilities shared with a of 9 coordinators - for organ offers
for adult / pediatric kidney candidates.

Education
BSN required, MSN preferred.
Required Experience
5 years nursing experience with at least two years in transplant,
critical care, disease specific setting.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
