The Inpatient -Transplant Coordinator -at -Duke University Hospital
-is active in delivering exemplary care for each patient to ensure
excellent patient experience, every time. - -The transplant
coordinator role has direct patient contact by -attending -daily
transplant rounds with the transplant interdisciplinary team
prepared to discuss clinical, psychosocial, or educational concerns
regarding fresh pre and post-transplant patients for adult liver
and kidney. -
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Attention to detailEffective

demandsPatient centered and family coaching skillsAbility to work
in a high stress environment - -Work Hours and Shifts:Full-time: 40
hour day shift, on call to include weekends/holiday rotational

Education
BSN required, MSN preferred.
Experience -5 years nursing experience with at least two years in
transplant, critical care, or chronic disease specific setting.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications -Current or compact RN
licensure in the state of North Carolina required. BLS required. -
