for a travel nursing job in Danville, Virginia.Job Description &
Requirements
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse to join their Behavioral Health team. This is a 13---week
contract position with a 40---hour work week, primarily during the
evening shift (3pm---11pm). Flexibility in working days and
willingness to rotate weekends is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Provide care for adult psychiatric patients, including forensic
patients.
--- Utilize clinical problem---solving skills and management
techniques.
--- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Qualifications:
--- Active RN License in VA or compact state.
--- AHA BLS Certification.
--- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
--- Prior experience in psychiatric care is preferred.
--- Travel experience is not required.
Additional Information:
--- COVID---19 vaccination is required, with exemptions
accepted.
--- PPE will be provided.
--- Free parking is available.
--- EMR system used: Cerner.
--- Case types: General Psych (Adults).
