The General Manager role is an exciting opportunity where you'll oversee all operations within the health club, manage and lead the team in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensure the highest quality of service for our members, work directly with the Assistant Manager on a daily basis to supervise the sales team, and create a fun work environment for our employees and members.So, who are we looking for?

• Someone that has Health Club Management Experience. While this is not a deal-breaker, it is preferred.
• Someone that understands and thrives in production-based businesses. At the end of the day, numbers are what matter.
• You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating a sales team; therefore, sales experience is a plus.
• You will be coached and have the tools to get you started, but you must be very good at getting things done.
• Someone that is competitive by nature, works hard, and goes straight for the goal.
• You strive for growth and success.
• We are NOT looking for someone that needs to constantly be managed or can only do exactly what they're told.
• Someone that is assertive but also a team player; you aren't afraid to take charge.
