Role OverviewAs a General Manager at Sodexo, you'll lead daily
food service operations for Grifols sites in Durham & Clayton, NC,
overseeing full-service cafes and catering. Your expertise will
guide budget management, financials, team training, strategic
planning, and client relations. You'll drive success by managing
F&B projects, analyzing data, and ensuring operational
excellence. With at least 5 years of experience leading food
service and catering operations, you'll thrive in a role where your

- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering
development and excellence.
- Control unit financials, ensuring budget adherence and cost
management.
- Direct daily food operations, maintaining quality and safety
standards.
- Supervise day-to-day activities, delegating authority and
assigning priorities.
- Monitor and continuously improve operational standards for
efficiency and service quality.
- Establish and maintain a safe work environment while supporting

- Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house
teams.
