Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational

Conduct analysis of current processes, propose innovative

Required Qualifications
7-9+ years of experience in strategic operations and/or program
management
1-2 years of people management experience is an asset
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving
execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
