Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager-Commercial Lines to
serve as a trusted advisor to small business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and
external customers
Service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in
a high-volume environment
Participate in the retention of renewal business and ensure clients
have proper coverage
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of Commercial Lines client management experience
Valid P&C brokers' license; college degree preferred
Industry-specific designations preferred, such as CISR or ARM
Proficient in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS
360 and Work Smart
Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting and coverage
analysis
