Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Account Manager to join their
Success Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Encourage existing customers to transition to long-term plans and
advanced feature tiers
Collaborate with Success and Sales teams to identify growth
opportunities
Proactively prevent churn by identifying and addressing customer
needs and signals of disengagement
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
A bias for action and comfort in fast-changing environments
Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce brand experience
is a plus
