Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage
strategic relationships with major U.S. healthcare
organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding and implementation, overseeing transitions
from sales to account management
Build and maintain relationships with clinical and executive
stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term
partnerships
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing
communication and providing strategic guidance and support
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic account management within
large healthcare accounts
Proven success in managing large-scale healthcare projects with
complex governance structures
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare trends and digital health
solutions
Experience in leading training for clinical and non-clinical staff
in enterprise organizations
Familiarity with health technology integrations and compliance
requirements
