Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telesales Vendor Manager to oversee
and optimize their Telesales function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Telesales program, ensuring sales and retention goals
are met
Manage external Telesales partners, including training and
performance accountability
Lead the development of reporting dashboards and technology
improvements within CRM and telephony systems
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of relevant experience with Medicare Advantage or
Health Insurance
2 - 4 years of experience managing a telesales team or vendor
High level of relationship management experience
Proficient in using technology to track sales funnels and inform
sales strategies
