Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Client Success to
oversee the client experience throughout the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure
client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue performance and
streamline operations
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue and
reduce costs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or
related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or client
success roles
Strong knowledge of RCM processes, including billing and coding
Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems and analytic tools
Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA
and CMS guidelines
