Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Workplace Delivery to
oversee large-scale workplace projects across a diverse real estate
portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of workplace projects, ensuring
alignment with corporate goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and manage
multiple concurrent projects
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and
adherence to financial targets
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or
a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate,
or construction project management
Experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional
teams
Strong analytical skills to identify risks and develop
solutions
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen
challenges
