Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory & Export Compliance
Manager, US.
Key Responsibilities
Support the lead counsel for Compliance by providing advice,
training, and awareness on regulatory and export compliance
matters
Develop and manage the Company's compliance program, ensuring
continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory changes
Coordinate responses to internal and external inquiries, audits,
and compliance-related integration activities for newly acquired
businesses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Strong expertise in export compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption
compliance, and ethics compliance
At least 5 years of experience in managing compliance programs at
global organizations
At least 2 years of experience with U.S. government acquisition
regulations
Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage
multiple projects effectively
