Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead their product engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage engineering managers and engineers for
operational excellence
Define and implement engineering strategies aligned with company
goals
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and
reliable products
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing
managers
Proven track record of collaboration with product and design
teams
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
management
Experience designing and implementing service-oriented systems at
scale
