Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Data Management to
oversee clinical data management projects and lead a team of data
managers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned therapeutic areas,
managing project planning and issue resolution
Supervise direct reports in planning and managing data management
activities, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for database
development, validation, and archival of project documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field
At least 7 years of clinical data management experience in the
biotech, pharmaceutical, or health-related industry
Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM)
Previous people management experience preferred but not
required
Experience with CROs and vendor management in therapeutic
projects
