Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Engineer
with 10 to 14 years of experience in Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and
SCADA systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role requires a deep
understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive
successful project outcomes. The position operates during day
shifts. Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of
Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems to ensure seamless
integration and operation. * Oversee the development and deployment
of automation solutions within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain
domains. * Provide technical expertise and support for system
troubleshooting and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
and develop customized solutions that meet client needs. * Conduct
system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry
standards and client specifications. * Develop and maintain
comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and
procedures. * Train and mentor junior team members on technical
skills and best practices to foster a culture of continuous
improvement. * Monitor system performance and implement proactive
measures to prevent potential issues and minimize downtime. *
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and
provide innovative solutions that drive value. * Stay updated with
the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company
remains at the forefront of innovation. * Participate in project
planning and management activities to ensure timely and successful
project delivery. * Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
and ensure effective communication throughout the project
lifecycle. * Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in
all project activities. Qualifications * Must have extensive
experience with Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems. * Should
have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
* Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. *
Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. *
Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. * Should
have a proven track record of successful project delivery. * Must
be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position
is depending on experience and other qualifications of the
