Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Analysis:

Review requests for engineering services, determine required services, and adhere to quality control procedures.
Perform analyses on tower structures, mounts, and foundations for tenant configurations using hand calculations, software, and other methods.
Prepare detailed reports on modification designs, including tower reinforcement, mount reinforcement, extensions, and foundations.


Project Review and Documentation:

Review modification drawings and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Designers.
Evaluate tower inspections and prepare documentation with recommendations for remediation, if necessary.


Data Management and Support:

Maintain accurate system data for sales and customer service reporting.
Provide timely and accurate support for inquiries and problems within your area of responsibility.


Additional Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (required).
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern certification (preferred).


Experience:

One year of experience in:Communication tower design and analysis;
Construction or field engineering of steel structures; and/or
Structural engineering (preferred).




Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with TIA/EIA-222 code and relevant specifications (preferred).
Basic knowledge of structural analysis software, CAD software, tower structures, and design methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

Membership in a professional organization or technical society.
Experience with tower inspections and preparing engineering documentation for remediation.
Knowledge of tower structures, mounts, and foundations for various configurations.
