Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of the design language system
for digital products
Design, build, and maintain design system infrastructure and
documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design
patterns and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Computer Science,
Business, or a related field
Five years of professional design engineering experience with
enterprise-level design systems
Strong knowledge of design thinking principles and design
engineering
Experience with technology solutions in the healthcare space is
preferred
Design, User Experience Design, or development certification is
strongly desired
