Your ImpactWe are looking for a multifaceted individual to lead a group of Security Assurance Engineers tasked with ensuring the security of CX offers, applications, platforms, environment and services. In this role you will partner across CX to integrate security into every stage of the technology and development lifecycle.

• Build and manage impactful team dedicated to ensuring security across our CX portfolio.
• Ensure tight collaboration with development teams to evaluate architectures for new and existing offers to ensure robust security controls.
• Review and guide threat models, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing efforts to identify security weaknesses and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Supervise the development, implementation, and promotion of security guidelines, and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team ensuring the highest levels of engagement and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners including engineering, QA, product management, and legal to ensure comprehensive security coverage.Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in security design and architecture, as well as threat and risk modeling and assessment methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, product security, application security, offensive security, or equivalent fields.
  • 3+ years of experience building, leveraging and securing AI models.
  • Experience or knowledge with security standards and frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Track record of building and leading successful teams in a corporate environment including people leadership.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills up to and including executive level partners.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong leadership track record.
