Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage brand reputation by responding to comments and complaints
across social media platforms
Identify issues and trends, collaborating on escalated concerns and
resolving user problems
Lead and develop a high-performing team while maintaining
interdepartmental relationships
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience in Social Media and/or Customer
Support
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in program management to enhance user experience
Strong collaboration skills and self-motivation
Trust and Safety experience is a bonus
