CFBHC is seeking an aspiring Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant for a busy outpatient Mental Health Clinic. If you are

others, CFBHC has the perfect job for you! CFBHC is seeking a
loyal, confident and hardworking Front Desk
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for
assuring that our administrative tasks and activities are handled
in an ethical, professional, efficient and timely manner. The
position is designed to support core office responsibilities and
requires a proactive, very organized, energetic individual who is
well adapted to multitasking and problem-solving.
Skills/Qualities Needed:

Answering phones in a professional courteous manner.
Scheduling appointments.
Excellent and accurate data entry skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail and
quality.
Preparing emails, letters and documents.
Receiving and properly documenting patient payments/co-pays,
etc.
Internet research abilities.
Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
Responsible for providing administrative, office and clerical
services.
Proficient knowledge in office administration and understands
relevant policies and procedures.
Demonstrates excellent skills in team building, problem-solving and
decision making.
Dependable, organized and loyal.
Administrative Functions of this Position:
Follow Center's protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain
proper functioning of the Center.
Provide excellent customer service and referring providers,
resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive health
information, as prescribed by federal and state law.
Provide support to the physical and financial administration of the
Center.
Bookkeeping entries.
Communicate organization needs.
Oversee procedures to ensure the Center runs seamlessly.
Troubleshoot a variety of issues as they arise.
Maintain files and databases for tracking progress on projects and
organization goals.
Report to and work with Center Director in meeting set goals,
etc.
Coordinate duties with other staff members as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
High school diploma required.
At least 1-year work experience in an administrative,
customer-facing position, mental health experience preferred.
Self-starter mentality.
Strong organized skills and the ability to efficiently manage
multiple projects; willing to jump into different roles-with a
positive attitude-when required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrates a
high level of confidentiality, independent judgment, phone
etiquette, tact, and diplomacy.
Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and
equipment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent grammar and punctuation.
A confident and tenacious personality that enjoys practicing
gratitude, easy to be and get along with as well as good humor.
Comfortable with technology, including phone systems, windows
operating systems, electronic databases, web technology, and
computer hardware.
Job Type:
Full-time/40-hour week
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
