This role involves evolving, developing, and maintaining the horizontal platform that provides all credit operations for the company, enabling clients to create and manage loans through various operations throughout the loan lifecycle.You'll be responsible for

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for the platform;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs;
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation.We are looking for a person who has
  • Proficiency in functional programming languages, focused on Clojure;
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;
  • Familiarity with database systems, data cache, non-relational databases, and data modeling;
  • Understanding of distributed systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.Benefits
