Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
Program and Risk Assessment
Lead planning, execution, and reporting phases of SOX initiatives
focusing on financial and operational processes
Plan and conduct internal audits of financial and operational
controls and communicate risks and controls identified
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Active CPA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) License
Public accounting experience or proven work experience in a similar
position
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and COSO; understanding of
Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Strong understanding of Internal Controls
