offers family, adolescent, and internal medicine services as well
as urgent, general pediatric, and virtual care at nearly 50 clinic
locations across central North Carolina. -LPN - Sage Road Internal
Medicine **$10,000 Commitment Bonus for Eligible Candidates** -The
Licensed Practical Nurse will play a key role in providing direct
patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or
physician, ensuring exceptional service and patient satisfaction.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer medications, perform
special nursing techniques, and deliver nursing services to
patients and families in accordance with the scope of practice
defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. This position

300, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 -Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday -What
you will do: Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by
the doctor and maintain records.Provide direct care to patients
under the supervision of a nurse or doctor.Follow the doctor's
orders and nursing care plan for patient care.Report patient
responses to care to a nurse for evaluation and adjustments to the
care plan.Assist other healthcare staff in delivering patient
care.Help doctors and nurses with diagnostic procedures.Assess
nursing care, patient responses, and prioritize nursing tasks.Help
develop and implement policies to ensure patient comfort and safety
and participate in creating new policies.Contribute to maintaining
the care environment, including equipment and supplies.Identify and
assist in improving clinical and operational performance.Assist in
managing supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the
charge nurse.Participate in training programs and help train new
staff.Perform other related duties as needed. -What you will need:
EducationWork requires graduation from an approved or accredited
Practical Nurse program. -ExperienceNo experience required.
-Degrees, Licensure, and/or CertificationCurrent State of North
Carolina LPN licensure is required. -Knowledge, Skills, Education,
and ExperienceAbility to find resources independently and work well
with othersClear communication with patients, families, visitors,
healthcare team, and leadership; able to teach patients and
families based on the care planAbility to process and prioritize
information, treatment, and follow-up using sensory and cognitive
functionsCompetent in BLS and other required life support
certificationsProficient in fine motor skillsAccurately record
activities and document interventionsAbility to use computers and
learn new softwareNavigate the healthcare system to provide patient
careAble to stand and walk for long periodsStay focused and
organizedKnowledge of sterile techniques and special procedures
relevant to the roleFamiliarity with administering routine and
